Responsibility
- Lead quality assurance activities for jet engine components and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to aerospace regulations and customer-specific requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to junior quality engineers and production staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the aerospace or aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
- Experience with quality management systems and auditing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
