Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the implementation of preventive measures to minimize workplace accidents.
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs, workshops, and drills to enhance employee awareness and preparedness.
- Oversee emergency response plans, including fire safety, first aid, and evacuation procedures.
- Collaborate with management and department heads to integrate safety protocols into daily operations and project planning.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training activities for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in occupational health and safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international safety regulations, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
