Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with contract milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to integrate schedules and identify critical path activities.
- Monitor project progress, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct resource allocation and optimization to ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to align external deliverables with the master project timeline.
- Implement earned value management (EVM) techniques to track project performance and cost efficiency.
- Support bid and proposal teams by contributing to schedule narratives and time estimates for new projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects, preferably in renewable energy or solar sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software; advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM), PERT, and Gantt charts.
- Experience with floating solar projects or large-scale infrastructure is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-SP are preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia or travel as required by project demands.
