Responsibility
- Assist licensed therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Prepare and maintain therapy equipment, ensuring a safe and organized clinical environment.
- Document patient progress and provide detailed reports to the therapy team.
- Support patients during exercises, mobility training, and daily living activities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques for home-based therapy.
- Monitor and record vital signs, range of motion, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in patient care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Therapy Assistance, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care principles.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work under supervision.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
