Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Provide expert clinical advice to patients and healthcare professionals on medication use and potential interactions.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, storing, and dispensing medications, while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans and medication therapies.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements and integrate best practices into daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and professional guidelines in all pharmacy activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pharmacist, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Valid pharmacist license in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, clinical pharmacy practices, and medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
