Responsibility
- Perform aesthetic treatments and procedures, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies, under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess their needs, explain treatment options, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Ensure all procedures are performed in compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up notes.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and concerns.
- Monitor and maintain clinic equipment, ensuring all tools and devices are sterilized, calibrated, and in optimal working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
- Provide exceptional patient care by fostering a welcoming, professional, and empathetic environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (SIP/SIK) from the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing, dermatology, or a related medical field.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments) is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in administering injections, operating laser devices, and performing skin assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
