Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant pharmaceutical laws.
- Process and manage License to Operate (LTO) applications and renewals.
- Oversee product registration and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all products meet regulatory standards.
- Monitor changes in pharmaceutical regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Valid Pharmacist license in the Philippines or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory software.
