Responsibility
- Lead and manage all healthcare operations, including referrals, scheduling, and patient care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and local healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee team performance, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to support operational goals.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and operational processes in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
