Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, dietary requirements, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
