Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
- Conduct regular health screenings, including blood pressure checks, vision tests, and general wellness assessments.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees in compliance with local regulations.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate employees on health topics, including hygiene, disease prevention, and mental well-being.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to mitigate health risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid nursing license in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a company nurse, occupational health nurse, or in a clinical setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, including OSHA or local equivalents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with employees.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
