Responsibility
- Provide expert clinical leadership and oversight for all medical operations within the clinic.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Train, mentor, and supervise medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and support personnel.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to improve clinical workflows, patient satisfaction, and staff performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex medical cases and escalations.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the medical team.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to train and mentor medical staff effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
