Responsibility
- Manage and maintain customer master data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with global standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Act as a Korean language liaison for regional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop and document data governance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support global O2C transformation projects with data migration, cleansing, and validation.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices in master data management (MDM).
- Generate insights and reports to drive data-driven decision-making for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or customer data operations.
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools for data processing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cultural sensitivity.
