Responsibility
- Oversee daily healthcare operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize patient care and workflow.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet operational and financial targets.
- Lead training and development programs for staff to enhance service quality.
- Act as a liaison between management, medical staff, and patients to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or a similar executive role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
