Responsibility

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing examination rooms.
  • Handle administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing clinic correspondence.
  • Process patient payments, insurance claims, and maintain financial records.
  • Ensure the clinic is well-stocked with supplies and coordinate with vendors for restocking.

Qualifications
