Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, limitations, and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to promote recovery.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior clinical internship experience is a plus.
- Valid physiotherapy license or eligibility to practice in Indonesia (assistance with licensing may be provided).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical practice.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not required.
