Responsibility
- Introduce and demonstrate Biosite Medical Instruments’ portfolio of products to healthcare providers and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and technical assistance.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for product promotion and market penetration.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure optimal use of medical equipment and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in biomedical engineering.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product literature, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, technical support, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical instruments, their applications, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and after-sales service.
- Technical proficiency in operating and troubleshooting biomedical equipment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
