Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of senior physicians, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
- Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated and efficient patient management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in emergency response and on-call duties, providing urgent care when required.
- Engage in continuous medical education and training programs to stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.
- Assist in medical research and quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions, ensuring confidentiality and respect.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and accuracy.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
