Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales or product specialization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
