Responsibility
- Operate and maintain digital X-ray machines and other radiography equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Perform patient registration, verify identification, and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort and cooperation.
- Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself from unnecessary exposure.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of imaging results.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff or interns, as needed.
- Document patient information and procedure details accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with radiography equipment and coordinate repairs with technical support when necessary.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid certification or license to practice as a Radiographer in Indonesia or Malaysia.
- Proven experience operating digital X-ray machines and other radiography equipment.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for managing patient records and operating imaging software.
