Responsibility
- Design and model dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, aligners, etc.) using Exocad and 3Shape software.
- Collaborate with dental labs and clinicians to ensure precision and patient-specific fit.
- Manage high-volume projects while maintaining strict quality control standards.
- Optimize digital workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues to meet clinical requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements in dental CAD/CAM.
- Provide technical guidance to junior designers when needed.
- Ensure compliance with US dental lab regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in dental CAD design using Exocad and/or 3Shape.
- Proven track record in high-volume digital dental lab environments.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and prosthetic design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital workflows in dental laboratories.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with US-based clients and teams.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating expertise in dental CAD design.
