Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of medical products and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
