Responsibility
- Assess patients' physical and functional abilities through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs, including pain management, mobility improvement, and rehabilitation.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercises, and the use of therapeutic equipment to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and strategies to maintain functional independence.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and occupational therapy through continuous professional development.
- Participate in community outreach programs and health promotion initiatives to raise awareness about the benefits of physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional license or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy or occupational therapy, preferably in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
