Responsibility

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative operations for the Neuropalliative Program, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient care quality.
  • Liaise with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to facilitate seamless program delivery and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting for the program, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable operations.
  • Organize and monitor patient care plans, documentation, and data management systems to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate training and professional development initiatives for staff involved in neuropalliative care.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and community partners.
  • Evaluate program performance through metrics and feedback analysis, proposing improvements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, program management, or a similar role, preferably in palliative or neurological care.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operational workflows in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in healthcare IT systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with palliative care principles, ethical standards, and patient rights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
