Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Develop and implement personalized cognitive rehabilitation programs for patients with brain injuries, stroke, or neurodegenerative disorders.
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, mindfulness, and neurofeedback.
- Collaborate with neurologists, psychiatrists, and occupational therapists to create integrated treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on coping strategies and long-term cognitive health management.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to publications in the field of neuropsychology.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in neuroscientific research and apply them in practice.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Indonesia (or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation.
- Proven expertise in administering and interpreting standardized psychological tests (e.g., WAIS, WMS, MMSE).
- Strong knowledge of neurological disorders (e.g., TBI, stroke, dementia, epilepsy) and their psychological impacts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
