Responsibility
- Assist physiotherapists and podiatrists in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Prepare and maintain therapy equipment, ensuring a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and rehabilitation programs under professional supervision.
- Document patient progress and update medical records accurately and confidentially.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, proper posture, and home exercise routines.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Adhere to healthcare protocols, infection control standards, and ethical practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Physiotherapy, Podiatry, or a related healthcare field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical care.
