Responsibility
- Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
- Support patients with mobility, exercises, and daily activities as directed by the therapy team.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients to foster a positive rehabilitation experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home care strategies.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related healthcare field.
- Previous experience in a therapy or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care principles.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
