Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks to ensure adherence to local and international healthcare standards.
- Spearhead data-driven quality improvement projects to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, medical staff, and administrators, to align quality initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical quality, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Design and deliver training programs for staff on quality management systems, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address gaps in clinical governance.
- Oversee the audit and accreditation processes to ensure the hospital meets or exceeds industry benchmarks.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, clinical governance, or healthcare IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in leading quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of international healthcare standards (e.g., JCI, ISO, HIMSS) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and healthcare IT systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) or Clinical Governance is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
