Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to clinic staff, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
- Support the implementation of clinic policies and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Provide general office support, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
