Responsibility
- Provide on-site medical care, including first aid, wound treatment, and emergency response for employees.
- Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and routine check-ups to monitor employee well-being.
- Develop and implement health education programs on topics such as hygiene, disease prevention, and ergonomics.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, including local Indonesian and company-specific policies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and confidential health files for all employees.
- Collaborate with HR and management to assess workplace hazards and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Organize and lead health campaigns (e.g., flu vaccinations, mental health awareness).
- Serve as the primary liaison for work-related injuries or illnesses, coordinating with external healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian nursing license (STR) and up-to-date certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OHS regulations (e.g., K3 standards) and first aid protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and provide clear, actionable guidance.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and digital health record systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
