Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for theme park attractions, from conceptualization to grand opening.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, vendors, and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for all theme park installations.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates to senior leadership and investors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Drive innovation by integrating cutting-edge technology and guest experience trends into park designs.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in theme parks, hospitality, or large-scale entertainment venues.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, or Trello).
- Familiarity with safety regulations, construction standards, and tourism industry best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
