Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the F&B team to deliver exceptional service in accordance with 5-star standards.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including table setup, guest seating, and order coordination.
- Train and mentor staff on service protocols, menu knowledge, and guest interaction.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality and consistency in service delivery.
- Assist in inventory management and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant, preferably with Japanese cuisine exposure.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Certification in hospitality or F&B management is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
