Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, cocktails, and other beverages with consistency and creativity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience for every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and café area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, including tracking stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new drink menus and seasonal specials.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to uphold service excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in mixology and coffee artistry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Bartender or Barista in a high-volume café, bar, or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
- Creative mindset with a passion for crafting unique and visually appealing drinks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
