Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, mocktails, and premium spirits.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience for every visitor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to provide seamless service during peak hours.
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends and techniques to enhance the bar's drink menu.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Uphold the bar's reputation by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often during evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar equipment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
