Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage operations.
- Create and update menus in collaboration with chefs to offer innovative and appealing options.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
