Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process orders and transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Uphold the company’s standards of service and presentation at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., cashier, server, or dining crew) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
