Responsibility

  • Operate and monitor theme park rides and attractions in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Assist guests with boarding, disembarking, and securing safety restraints, providing clear instructions and reassurance.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, or emergencies with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of ride areas, queues, and surrounding facilities.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and document any technical issues or malfunctions.
  • Enforce height, age, and health restrictions for rides to ensure guest safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures, ride operations, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or technical fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, theme parks, or amusement operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are an advantage.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or lift for extended periods in outdoor conditions.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving.
  • Friendly, patient, and able to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Basic first aid knowledge or certification is a plus.
