Responsibility
- Oversee daily textile production operations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the production facility.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective actions to maintain product excellence.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with R&D and design teams to integrate new textile technologies and innovative production methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in textile production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Proven ability to manage teams, set KPIs, and drive performance in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
