Responsibility
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and quantity to ensure order accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information, barcodes, and handling instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or conveyors as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory shortages to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift items (up to 20-25 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to read order lists and use scanning devices.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high productivity levels.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as required.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous but not required.
