Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, ensuring stock levels meet operational demands.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to process orders, deliveries, and returns efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Optimize warehouse space and organization to facilitate quick access and reduce handling time.
- Generate reports on inventory status, usage trends, and reorder points for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in all inventory-related activities.
- Utilize inventory management software to track movements, updates, and adjustments in real time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to workflow improvements.
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement processes.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with team members and suppliers.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg, as required by warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
