Responsibility

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, ensuring stock levels meet operational demands.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to process orders, deliveries, and returns efficiently.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Optimize warehouse space and organization to facilitate quick access and reduce handling time.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, usage trends, and reorder points for management review.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in all inventory-related activities.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track movements, updates, and adjustments in real time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to workflow improvements.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement processes.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with team members and suppliers.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg, as required by warehouse operations.
