Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory counts to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels, transactions, and stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and warehouse safety.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting any issues to management promptly.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage solutions to maximize space and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
