Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of automotive products to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement laboratory testing procedures to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to troubleshoot issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results, methodologies, and findings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards throughout the testing process.
- Support the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to guarantee precision and efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align testing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product testing, validation, or quality assurance, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and technical reporting.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and software tools for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings clearly.
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
