Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic issues promptly.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment meets performance and safety standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and repairs.
- Support the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment history, and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment reliability.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, or other safety and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
