Responsibility
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve semiconductor manufacturing efficiency and yield
- Develop and implement process control strategies for cleanroom operations
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to enhance product quality and performance
- Conduct statistical analysis of process data to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain and update process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Train and mentor junior engineers on process engineering best practices
- Stay current with semiconductor industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering
- Proven expertise in cleanroom operations and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia
