Responsibility
- Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program (CAP), completing technical and professional training modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance) to develop and optimize semiconductor products.
- Design, test, and debug hardware/software solutions for embedded systems, analog/digital circuits, or IoT applications.
- Contribute to product lifecycle management, from prototyping to mass production.
- Analyze performance data and propose improvements to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
- Document technical specifications, test reports, and project progress for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in semiconductors, automation, and electronics.
- Engage in continuous learning through workshops, certifications, and peer knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in product development, hardware design, or semiconductor testing (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong foundation in analog/digital circuits, embedded systems, or PCB design.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++, Python, or Verilog/VHDL) and tools (LabVIEW, MATLAB, or SPICE).
- Familiarity with industry standards (IPC, ISO, or IEEE) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across global teams.
