Responsibility
- Develop and optimize photolithography processes to enhance product yield and quality.
- Lead Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement advanced metrology techniques to monitor and analyze process performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve lithography-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements into production workflows.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lithography processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices in lithography.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lithography process engineering, preferably in semiconductor or photonics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, and metrology tools for process optimization.
- Experience with troubleshooting lithography equipment and resolving process deviations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, MATLAB, or Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to designated work locations.
