Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality smart water solutions.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in water management systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all technical operations.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex system integrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical management, project leadership, or engineering roles, preferably in water technology or IoT solutions.
- Strong understanding of smart water systems, automation, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset for technical challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across Bali.
