Responsibility
- Oversee and support site planning, supervision, and coordination for architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety protocols on all project sites.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proposing innovative solutions to challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on architectural works.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles in construction or architectural firms.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or other architectural software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural teams and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices is highly desirable.
