Responsibility
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
- Document and report production metrics, incidents, and deviations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new technicians and operators.
- Participate in shift handover meetings to ensure seamless operations across teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of process control systems, automation, and industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, ISO standards, and quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, MES, SCADA).
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work in fixed shifts and adapt to operational demands.
