Responsibility
- Conduct detailed design calculations and technical analyses to ensure product feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support to cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-scope completion.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the technical aspects of product development, from prototyping to final testing and validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and recommendations to senior management.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners or clients to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical engineering, design, or project management roles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Experience in project management (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ANSI, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to or already based in Bali, Indonesia.
