Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee the coordination of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure smooth project operations.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction.
